Shipping costs
Shipping costs may vary from country to country and are based on the type of product purchased. The costs for each country are indicated within each product page.
Products are shipped directly from vendors' warehouse. Giga Design Studio Srl is not responsible for any delays or problems related to product shipments.
Return and refund policy
Pursuant to Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, you may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase agreement for any reason, without need for an explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the products.
Before you want to return goods, first please contact us at [email protected] to understand the problem you are having and manage the return.

Once we receive the returned goods, Giga Design Studio srl will process the refund. It may take 1 to 3 business days to process your return fully. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. The cost of the return shipment is not included in the refund.
